Refund policy

At English and Co. LLC, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our coaching and digital services, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made or a payment plan has been initiated.

Exceptions to this policy are only valid if explicitly discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the completion of purchase. Any refund exceptions granted outside of this condition are made solely at the discretion of English and Co. LLC and do not set a precedent for future transactions.
